Anne Frank: A History for Today In January 2008 the Holocaust and Human Rights Education Center and German School New York presented the exhibit Anne Frank: A History for Today. Middle and High School students from neighboring schools were invited to attend a two hour session. What made this event truly remarkable is that each group of students met with a Holocaust survivor to learn first hand about their personal story. Joseph Berger wrote a feature article in the New York Times on Feb. 10, 2008.
A member of German School NY's Human Rights Club, Sebastian Franzen, gave an impressive speech at a fundraising dinner of the Westchester Holocaust Education Center which is worth reading.
